Vietnam's central bank has been instructed by the prime minister to study and propose a national digital currency mechanism, VNExpress reported.The Vietnamese Government has just issued decision No. 1813 on the development of non-cash payment projects in Vietnam during the period 2021-2025.One of the contents that needs to be improved is to study and put forward the mechanism and policy of national digital currency.
